The Health Clinic UK – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking an appointment or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by The Health Clinic UK, including Hijama and Thai Therapeutic Massage. Services are carried out by trained, certified professionals in a safe and respectful environment.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or be accompanied by a legal guardian.

  • Services are available by appointment only and subject to availability.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, via email, or by phone.

  • Payment is required to secure your appointment.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • A 50% fee will apply for missed appointments or late cancellations.

4. Payments

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash and bank transfer.

  • Prices are subject to change; clients will be informed prior to booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and health information.

  • You agree to follow any aftercare advice or follow-up recommendations provided by your practitioner.

  • You are responsible for informing the clinic of any changes in your health prior to your session.

6. Conduct & Behaviour

  • All clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.

  • Abuse, threats, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in service refusal or legal action.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or deny service if we feel it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are not a substitute for emergency or primary medical care.

  • In emergencies, always call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.

  • While we strive to provide quality care, outcomes may vary depending on individual health conditions.

  • The Health Clinic UK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy

  • All client information is kept confidential and processed in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Intellectual Property
